How to make ofada stew

Ofada stew is eaten together with ofada rice which is a popular delicacy of the Yoruba people.
A lot of people desire to make the stew at home but it doesn't taste like the one they buy outside.

Don't worry this recipe will put you through and you can make your ofada stew and enjoy it from the comfort of your home.

Ingredients.
*7 large bell peppers (tatashe)
*3 scotch bonnet  peppers ( ata rodo)
 *onions
*½ cup  of palm oil
*salt to taste
2 tablespoons of Iru (fermented locust beans) (optional)
* Crayfish ( optional)
* Boiled eggs
* Meat or fish
Procedures:
* Blend the peppers.

*Boil the blended peppers on medium high heat till it becomes  a paste.
* Remove from fire.

* Place another pot on fire, add palm oil, slice onions into it and let it be slightly brown but not burnt.

*Add in your boiled eggs,  fish or meat, crayfish.

*Add in the pepper paste, turn the heat down to low-medium, and continue cooking for 10 minutes. 
* Add salt, Maggi, iru to it and stir.

* After you observed that it has cooked , remove from fire and serve with your ofada rice
