How to make fruits cake

Fruits cake is one of the best flavour of cake you should taste. It has this unique taste that differentiate it from others.

Ingredients:

 * 2 cups of flour.

 *250g of butter

* 4  Eggs 

* 170 grams of sugar

 * 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

* 1 tablespoonful of vanilla flavor 

* ½ cup of alcohol

 1⁄4 cup of browning

 * Mixed fruits - small quantity.

 

 

* ½ teaspoon of nutmeg.

Procedures:

* Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer or bowl until it becomes fluffy.

* Add your eggs to the mixture and mix using your mixer

*Then add flavour, browning , nut meg

and mixed fruits.

You can boil your mixed fruits and add few teaspoons of sugar , remove from fire and soak inside alcohol before using it for cake.

* Then gradually add your flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix as you do that.

* Pre heat your oven.

* Grease your baking pan

* Pour the batter into the greased baking pan 

* Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes
