How to prevent your fondant from sweating
During the rainy season, your fondant is likely to sweat or melt .
This can be corrected by using the right recipe and procedures.
*Avoid using shortening or Crisco when making ad kneading your fondant, you can make use of corn flour.
* Work under Air conditioner or under fan
* You can put your fondant in warm oven to harden it.
